If you're passionate about being part of a dedicated team that serves a diverse range of building projects in Leeds and the surrounding area, We are currently looking to fill various positions, and applications are now open!

We're particularly interested in individuals with construction-based backgrounds, who possess a wide range of skills. If you have experience in groundwork, 1st fix joinery, plasterboarding (dry lining), framing using timber and fast-track steel frame, skirting boards, and architrave, we would love to hear from you. Please note that training will be provided for those applying tanking membranes.

Here are the requirements we seek in our ideal candidates:

CIS with personal UTR (subcontractor basis)

Self-motivated, energetic, and punctual

Open-minded and eager to learn

Presentable and committed to maintaining a tidy work environment

Own transportation is required

In this role, you will be part of a team environment, working on various tasks including stripping out, excavating, and preparing leveled ground. Your responsibilities will also involve the application of cavity drain membrane (tanking), providing basement floor drainage, 1st fix joinery, insulation application, plasterboarding, 2nd fix joinery, and occasionally using your common sense to handle various trades.
