July 2011

We undertook the conversion of this split rooms damp cellar in Garforth Leeds

and transfomed it in to a dry cosy entertainment room with new french doors leading to the garden via new stair-well, the basement also have usfull storage room, and the biggest bonus a newly excavated from scratch beautiful fully tiled shower room.

The project is now completed and we are waiting to take photos after the client has decorated the basement.

September 2011

We have started a new conversion in Horsforth Leeds, of a dark and damp cellar which has a vaulted ceiling, it is only a single chamber but with full potential for conversion.

we have installed new banister with the original stone steps capped MDF boards

new wall and ceiling spot lights a new window and radiator,

it is now the most charming little room with old and new character.

We have started a basement conversion in Guiseley Leeds, two chambers become one room which will be used to install a new kitchen and general storage,
