Back To Basement is a small and independently owned company which is always interested in recruiting new talent in a range of vacancies.

Current vacancies:
We're mostly interested in people in the basement conversions based trade.

We're currently looking for:

• A multi-trade basement technician

    Experience requirements:
  • Setting out and leveling of sub soil ready for concrete.
  • Experience of erecting partition walls and 1st fix joinery.
  • Plaster boarding.
  • Basic 2nd fix joinery.
  • Must have own car / van
  • CIS-4 status
  • Have a mature attitude

               

     Duties:

  • You will be digging out sub soil carried out to the skip by hand (we all do it even the boss)
  • help leveling and preparing for new concrete floor
  • You will be working with Cavity Drain Membrane (tanking out) training will be provided
  • erecting timber stud partition walls, fitting insulation to ceiling and walls
  • plasterboarding walls and ceilings
  • skirting boards and architrave, doors MDF custom cupboards.
  • We work MON-FRI  mostly 9.00-17.00 with 30-45 min brake.

            

              Wage: (18+yrs)

After reading the notes above and you think you've got what it takes you will be paid as followed:

for your first two weeks we will pay you £8.59 per hour then raising to £10.15 per hour less 20% tax

Wages paid weekly to your bank account.
